Medical Insurance
The firm offers group medical insurance through UnitedHealthcare to employees who work at least 30 hours a week. Coverage begins on the first day of the calendar month following the employee’s hire date. The firm pays a minimum of $200 per month towards the employee’s monthly premium and a portion of elected dependents' premium.

Dental Insurance
Dental insurance is offered through Delta Dental to employees who work at least 30 hours a week. Coverage begins on the first day of the calendar month following 30 days of continuous service. The firm pays 100% of the employee’s monthly premium and a portion of elected dependents' premium.

Vision Insurance
Vision care insurance is offered through VSP. Coverage begins on the first day of the calendar month following the employee’s hire date. The firm pays 100% of the employee’s monthly premium and a portion of elected dependents' premium.

Life Insurance
The firm provides life insurance coverage to all employees who work at least 30 hours, at no cost to the employee. Coverage begins on the first day of the calendar month following 30 days of continuous service.

Long Term Disability
The firm provides LTD coverage to employees who work at least 30 hours a week, at no cost to the employee. Coverage begins on the first day of the calendar month following 30 days of continuous service. Benefits are paid after an elimination period of 90 days at 60% of the employee’s salary.

401(k) Plan
The 401(k) plan gives employees an opportunity to save for retirement. The Firm contributes 3% of each employee’s gross salary and employees may make additional contributions on a pre-tax basis. Employees are eligible to participate on the first of January or July following completion of one year of service.

Section 125 Plan
Employees may pay for insurance premiums and/or may elect to receive reimbursements for covered medical/dental or dependant care expenses through a pre-tax payroll deduction.

Supplemental Insurance
The firm makes supplemental insurance available for interested employees. This insurance is voluntary and 100% employee paid.

Sick Leave
Sick leave is accrued on a fiscal year basis (May 1 to April 30). Full-time employees accrue sick leave at a rate of 3.33 hours per month, 40 hours per year.

Vacation
Vacation is accrued on a fiscal year basis (May 1 to April 30). Managers accrue vacation at a rate of 13.33 hours per month. Full-time professional staff members accrue vacation at a rate of 10 hours per month. Administrative staff accrue vacation at a rate of 6.67 hours per month and, after completion of five years of service, the rate increases to 10 hours per month.

Practice Development Leads
Employees can receive payments of $100 for providing leads on prospective clients. Payment is made if the lead results in an interview, has fee potential of $2,000, and is deemed a quality prospect by the Marketing Director.

Employee Referral
Employees below Director level will receive a bonus for referring candidates who are hired and remain employed. Reward levels are as follows:

Administrative staff $1,000
Professional staff senior and below $5,000
Professional staff above senior $10,000

New Client Referral
If you successfully refer a new client into the firm, you will receive 10% of the net fees collected on eligible new work for a period of 3 years.
