What are your typical office hours?
Monday through Friday • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
And to be expected, there are expanded business hours during busy season.

Do you offer child care during busy season?
Child care will be provided free of charge on Saturdays between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. during busy season.

Is there a dress code to follow?
Employees may wear business casual dress in our office. While at the client sites, client dress codes should be observed.

How are pay checks distributed?
You may elect to have your pay check directly deposited to your bank or other account.

Is credit union membership offered?
Employees are eligible to become members of the Telcoe Federal Credit Union.

Is there an allowance for the CPA exam?
Time off is provided to take the exam. The firm will reimburse employees for the cost of sitting for each part of the exam. When you successfully complete the exam, you will receive a bonus of $2,000 if you are employed at the time you pass the exam.

Are professional dues paid by the firm?
The firm will pay AICPA, State Board fees and your state's society's CPA dues.

What's the review process like there?
Evaluations are done on an annual basis at the end of the fiscal year.

How many days of sick live are there?
Sick leave is accrued on a fiscal year basis (May 1 to April 30). Full-time employees accrue sick leave at a rate of 3.33 hours per month, 40 hours per year.

How much vacation does an employee get?
Vacation is accrued on a fiscal year basis (May 1 to April 30). Managers accrue vacation at a rate of 13.33 hours per month. Full-time professional staff members accrue vacation at a rate of 10 hours per month. Administrative staff accrue vacation at a rate of 6.67 hours per month and, after completion of five years of service, the rate increases to 10 hours per month.
