In Marketing 101, our future partners experience a year-long coaching process that equips them with the tools, techniques and "homework" to begin their own business. If you want to make partner, you've got to make some rain. This experience teaches you how.
MENTOR PROGRAM
Research shows that a big kick-start to your career can be achieved by working with a mentor. In the Mentoring Program, each of our newer staff are paired with a more senior, seasoned mentor. With structured meetings and regular focus, you'll have your career moving right along.
